consultation processes If your region has come up with some perspectives perhaps via a Signal Panel, has combined this with data analysis and expert views to form some options or tentative findings then it may then be useful to use workshops and consultation exercises to validate, challenge, gain consensus and buy in to whatever recommendations appear to be coming out of the process.
