video documentary: "scenario planning in practice"

This documentary has been produced by the National Institute for Adult Continuing Education (www.niace.uk) from UK, and shows how to run a scenario planning process. The filming of the documentary took place during a workshop we had within the project in Exeter, UK, which was lead by Alister Waverley from Waverley Management Consulting (www.waverley-consultants.com/).
The workshop came up with scenarios where it became clear, that the region that prioritises the well-being of its citizens and enterprises, has the best chance of meeting the challenges of the globalization. In this way, creativity, flexibility and quality can develop freely, which are some of the most important factors for a regions exploitation of the possibilities that globalization offers.
The documentary is intended to be used along side this Scenario Planning Manual and by using these together you will find both a comprehensive guide to the use of scenario planning and an exploration of ideas behind regional 'wellness'. Please contact us to obtain a copy of the DVD.
